How does this raffle work? First of all, you have to sign up as we need to prove if there is enough interest in our finca. We want to avoid reversing the transaction and cause you inevitable manipulation fees. That is why we launch the raffle only if at least 20.000 registrations take place. You may observe it on the counter in the meantime. As soon as we start, we inform immediately all registered participants that the payment can take place directly to the escrow account. Then you have 10 days to buy the booked tickets. You do not need to worry about anything – your money will be deposited on a escrow account. When enough raffle tickets are sold, the raffle can take place which will be by 31.05.2010 at the latest. There will be no more costs to be covered by the winner. We only launch the raffle if 25.499 raffle tickets have been sold. The property will be then legally handed over at the notary on Majorca and your flight ticket and an accommodation will be provided free of charge. This is how the raffle works (if it starts): Go to: ¨buy raffle tickets¨ and fill in your personal data. Then you can directly pay your tickets by credit card, Paypal, or bank transfer. a. Payments by credit cards or Pay Pal – you receive a confirmation E-mail with your ticket number after the transaction. You can buy as many tickets as you wish at the same time. b. Bank transfer payment – by clicking on ¨raffle ticket booking¨ you can purchase as many tickets as you like and pay by bank transfer. After the booking you receive an E-mail with Iban and BIC (SWIFT) numbers of the escrow account. The payment must be made within 14 days of making the booking. As soon as we receive the payment, you will get an E-mail with raffle ticket numbers. If the payment is not made within 14 day, you will receive a reminder on your E-mail address and on 21st day the booking will be deleted if no payment takes place. That is why, this option will be possible only till 21 days before the official drawing. Raffle ticket allocation happens purely accidently and the money will be deposited on the escrow account till the day of the official drawing. As soon as all 26.499 raffle tickets are sold (however, by 31.05.2010 at the latest), the raffle will be held in Kitzbühel under notarial supervision. The exact date and time will be announced at least 14 days in advance on the home page. The experience has shown by other raffles that the lottery may be closed within a few weeks so use this opportunity before all tickets are sold. Please read terms and conditions. |
