Annually the taxes and fixed fees accrue to the amount of approx. 2.500€. Firstly, the IBI tax (a municipal tax paid to Manacor town annually every September and might be altered slightly by the community) of 1.190€ for the year 2009. Then, garbage fee (¨basura¨) of approx. 90€ to be also paid every September. Moreover, the insurance premium in the amount of 700€. Approx. 500€ is the rough cost of the oil central heating for a few cold days on Mallorca.
Monthly costs add up to approx. 200€.
Telephone, Internet as well as water costs depend on the individual consume, and as an example we reserve the amount of approx. 1.500€ annually to cover these additional expenses. Profit possibilities if you do not wish to make a use of the property on your own.
